SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

DELIVERY TIME

We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 2-7 business days of payment.

USA Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-4 weeks after an item ships.

International Orders: Delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks after an item ships, sometimes faster.

In rare cases international shipping can take up to 8 weeks. Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters or customs, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times.

While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may experience. In most cases orders arrive before the allotted time frame. Your patience is truly appreciated;

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

 

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability

 

I ordered multiple items but only part of my order arrived. Why?

 

We do our best to reduce costs on your end so you don't have to pay high taxes on your items.

We have a large assortment of products and source them from all over the globe to get the best quality at the best price.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. You may receive multiple packages on different days. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific country.

 

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES

If you credit card account is in a currency other than USD, you may be charged at a different exchange rate than what is quoted on our website. You may also be subject to a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined by your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.

 

TRACK YOUR ORDER

 

Is there a tracking number?

All US orders are delivered by USPS. Tracking information for orders within the USA is available upon request and normally become available in the system after about 7-10 business days of shipment. Email contact@giftfervor.com and mention your order number + shipping address so our customer service team can assist you.

To ensure that you will receive the item in time, please provide us with your full address, including city, state, and region if applicable. 

 

As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

Is My Order Eligible For Free Shipping?

 

Free shipping can be applied to orders that meet the minimum amount required, excluding discounted, sale, and oversized/overweigh products. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping.

 

DUE TO THE HIGH VOLUME OF ORDERS WE ARE RECEIVING, YOUR SHIPMENT MAY TAKE LONGER THAN USUAL. REST ASSURED, WE ARE WORKING HARD TO GET EVERYTHING OUT ASAP.
